The Sr. Sales Recruiter is responsible for providing recruiting support to all Sales positions in geographies assigned by VP Sales Recruiting. The Sr. Sales Recruiter partners with Senior Sales Executives and Branch Leaders to deliver qualified sales talent to fill critical roles in sales or in branch support roles. This position requires an individual who can help achieve our goal of superior customer service.
Essential Functions:
  • Owning full life cycle of the process including job postings, proactive sourcing, building a talent pipeline, college recruiting, screening candidates, and coordinating hiring manager interviews.
  • Provide regular updates to business executives on progress against hiring targets and other key talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Manage efforts to optimize employment branding and candidate experience.
  • Implement best practices for recruiting across all efforts and strategies.
  • Manage relationships across businesses and HR team, establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs and fill their open positions in a timely manner
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Professional communication skills and flexibility are a must.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or Mortgage industry equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience, or related Mortgage industry background
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with all employee levels
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish objectives in a timely manner
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven success in talent acquisition
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Workday
